Layla Grieshober is an 8-year-old SAG-eligible child actress & model based in Los Angeles who is quickly building an impressive resume with major studio & commercial credits.
She recently portrayed a young Ariana Grande in the groundbreaking Wicked & Xfinity commercial “Stay Connected to Your Dreams,” directed by Wicked cinematographer Alice Brooks — the first commercial ever to premiere in Regal 4DX theaters nationwide. Layla also starred as Jeff Bridges’ daughter (young Emily Chase) in the critically acclaimed FX/Hulu series The Old Man. She charmed audiences as Mini-Meekah in the popular Blippi series, with her videos surpassing 10 million views.
Additional credits include the feature film Babies as Lucy, opposite Anna Kendrick, the upcoming indie thriller Dismantle the Sun as Ana alongside Lana Parrilla and Jesse Garcia, plus national campaigns for Burger King, Rayovac and JP Morgan Chase. She has modeled for Barbie, Mattel, Fisher-Price, and Disguise, and performed on stage as Elphaba in Wicked and the Mowgli in The Jungle Book at The Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Standing 48 inches tall and weighing 42 lbs, homeschooled above grade level, Layla is a quick reader with excellent memorization skills who takes direction exceptionally well, cries on cue, and brings positivity, inclusivity, and a joyful team spirit to every set.
